APN Praises Bush, Sharon Steps Supporting Palestinian Elections. Delay's Negative Approach Condemned
Americans for Peace Now (APN) today praised President George Bush and Prime Minister Ariel Sharon for taking at least initial steps in support of new Palestinian elections, contrasting their positions with House Majority Leader Tom Delay's refusal to back efforts to stop the ongoing Israeli-Palestinian violence and to support democracy in the Palestinian territories.
