A gathering to raise funds for expenses with any excess going to the Parents's Circle (www.theparentscircle.org) with the presenters will be held at noon before the UWM event at the Maharaja restaurant on 1550 N Farwell Ave., where there will be a buffet lunch. Al-Omari was the lead Palestinian drafter of the Geneva Initiative and former Senior Advisor to Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas. He is currently a Senior Research Fellow at the New American Foundation and Advocacy Director of the American Task Force on Palestine (www.americantaskforce.org) a Palestinian American Organization advocating a peaceful two state solution.

Masters is the president of Brit Tzedek v'Shalom (www.btvshalom.org) and a 20-plus year veteran of the U.S. Jewish Israeli-Palestinian peace movement. He sits on the board of the Greater Philadelphia Jewish Community Relations Council and the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area Jewish Labor Committee. Brit Tzedek v'Shalom is a 40,000 member network that educates and mobilizes American Jews in support of a negotiated two-state resolution of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
