PA REACHES OUT TO ISRAELIS: The Palestinian Authority placed full-page advertisements in four major Israeli newspapers Thursday. The ads provided a Hebrew translation of the 2002 Arab League Peace Initiative under the heading "57 Arab and Islamic states will establish diplomatic ties and normal relations with Israel in exchange for a full peace agreement and an end to the occupation."
