APN Condemns Tel Aviv Suicide Attack

Washington, D.C.-Americans for Peace Now (APN) today condemned the suicide bombing carried out by a Palestinian terrorist in Tel Aviv. At least eight people were killed and nearly 60 wounded from the attack, for which both Islamic Jihad and the Al Aksa Martyrs Brigade claimed responsibility. APN is a Jewish, Zionist organization dedicated to enhancing Israel's security through peace and to supporting the Israeli Peace Now movement.

"APN condemns today's suicide bombing in Tel Aviv. Contrary to the comments from Hamas' spokesperson, there is no justification for such a horrendous attack," said Debra DeLee, President and CEO of Americans for Peace Now. "We extend our condolences to the families of those who were killed and send our best wishes for a speedy recovery to the people who were injured."
