SETTLERS ESCALATE USE OF VIOLENCE:  On Friday settlers clashed with activists from Rabbis for Human Rights near Hebron as the rabbinical group sought to protect Palestinian farmers beginning the annual olive harvest. Israeli police and soldiers held the settlers back. "This is just the beginning of the olive harvest which will be going on for the next two months," the executive director of Rabbis for Human Rights, Arik Ascherman, told Haaretz.
