LIVNI CALLS FOR ELECTIONS:  "The best interests of the country are at the top of my agenda," Israeli Foreign Minister Tzippi Livni said Sunday after announcing that she failed to form a coalition government. "When I was forced to decide between continued extortion [by potential coalition partners] and calling early elections, I preferred elections."
